Tech Support

At Labimed S.A. we believe that post-sales service is key to providing our customers with the comprehensive support they deserve. That's why we have developed a fast and efficient tech support department which guarantees the proper function and maintenance of the equipment our customers acquired from us.

We strive to achieve the highest level of excellence and continuosly work to the improve our customer service and support. Our service technicians receive continuous training and updates fom domestic and international providers and brands we represent.

Labimed's service department has all the necessary tools and infrastructure required to provide service repairs and maintenance in a timely fashion, plus a large inventory of spare parts.

We also offer backup equipment, which is available to our customers as an additional measure to prevent the interruption of their practice in case of equipment malfunction.

There are two levels of post-sales service available for our customers to choose from:

  • Per-instance on-site repair service.
  • Customer-tailored monthly or annual service contracts, which could include preventive maintenance programs. Our company has its own fleet of vehicles available to ensure the responsivness of our service technicials and fast delivery of equipment.

Hours an Location

Our offices are located at La Cumparsita 1373, Oficina 101 (two blocks north from Rambla República Argentina).
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
